SHE CAN SKATE PROGRAM

The Skate School will be launching it’s She Can Skate program in January 2025.

Skateboarding has long been a male-dominated sport, leaving many talented young girls on the sidelines. But that is about to change.

Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of female skaters, giving them the resources and platform they deserve to thrive.

The aim is to take 30 young ladies from beginners to be able to compete in the South African Championships in the space of 1 year. The program will then concentrate on building their abilities over the following years to get them to the top of South Africa’s female skating rankings.

With our inclusive community, cutting-edge gear, and life-changing mentorship programs, girls of all ages can discover the joy, confidence, and freedom of skateboarding.
